about me
I am an Illustration graduate from the West Midlands. I have several online sites and social media sites displaying my work for people to enjoy and buy. For several years since graduating I have explored different subjects, and media to create an established style. This has now developed into my ghost series I now soley create.

Walter
Walter was a character I created at first just as a means to create a spooky but vintage feel to an autumn illustration. I quickly found I was then exploring this character more and more which has now become my main body of work. Walter being a ghost who cannot remember who they once were, wanders a variety of different environments searching for lost memories of time forgotten...

I find inspiration for my work in all kinds of ways, I listen to a lot of music when working to inspire a particular idea or atmosphere, (classical, folk and classic rock). However, my biggest resource is nature and the world we live in. As someone who lives in a very urbanised part of the country, I like to imagine landscapes I would love to get lost in. Other sources of inspiration include autumn and seasonal landscapes and palettes, tv & film such as Over the Garden wall and Studio Ghibli.

Sneyd Community school - 2005-2010
Work experience - 2009 I participated in work experience with Iceland Foods Graphics Department (known as Trident). Working on a project to design packaging and present to the team. This experience also involved product photography for food packaging, and experiences in marketing.

I am a recent graduate at Wolverhampton University achieving a 1st BA Hons in Visual Communication (Illustration). During my degree I discovered my style and strengths in Illustration and Design as well as professional practice.
