Do you sell digital versions?

No I do not sell any digital versions of my pieces other than a digital colouring book and digital planner pages on my Etsy shop.

 

Do you accept commissions?

I’m currently not undertaking commissions. If this changes I will update my accounts to say if commissions are open.

 

Why aren't you able to ship to EU countries?

I am unable to send items to EU for the foreseeable future due to the importing regulations as of and EPR licenses as it could result in a fine up to 200,000 euros. There is a licence but sole traders cannot complete the application. I do however, sell items through Redubble and Society 6 who may be able to send to Germany as they’re based outside the UK. If this situations changes, I will remove notices on my etsy shop and social media.

 

I want the items in a different size

I only sell A3 sized Prints on Etsy and A6 Sized greetings cards. For alternative sizes please check out my Redbubble or Society 6:

Why is shipping so expensive?

For international orders I send them via Royal mail International tracked and signed service. This provides full tracking for myself and customers. The prices are set by Royal Mail and Etsy’s shipping weight and calculations. However, sometimes Etsy miscalculate the weight of combined shipping. If this is the case I will refund any shipping overages.

Stolen work:

Sadly there are several websites which are selling my work without consent or the artist receiving any money form the sales. Temu, Aliexpress & Amazon sadly are impossible to have artworks removed. As creators all we can do is advise people where customers can buy work from legitiamate websites where the creators have control of the quality and receive sales income as well.
